Doutor Coffee Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) may use the following methods listed below for collecting customers’ personal information submitted through Websites and shops. The Company is responsible for personal information that is directly obtained from customers and shared with chain member shops.

- Personal information collected when customers apply for point cards from Company chain shops ("point card registration information") is used to validate customer information when visiting a shop, purchase history, and shop information and surveys.
- (2) Stamp Card
- Personal information collected when customers use the stamp cards of Company chain shops is used for shop information and surveys.
- (3) Gift Products
- Personal information collected when customers order the Company's Coffee Gifts or Flower Gifts is used to confirm orders, delivery, and invoicing as well as to support statistical analysis and provide information on products.
- (4) Surveys
- Personal information collected during various surveys conducted by the Company is used for research to improve products and services and statistical analysis as well as providing information on products and services.
- (5) Contests
- Personal information collected during contests offered by the Company is used for statistical analysis, winner selection, announcing prize winners via media including posters at shops, the delivery of prizes, and providing information on products and services.
- (6) Comments and Inquiries
- Personal information provided by the customer when submitting comments and inquiries about the Company is used to facilitate responses to customers.
2. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of customers except as authorized by prevailing laws and ordinances or to agents who provide support services to the Company.
3. Agents
The Company may entrust the handling of personal information to outside entities to provide customers with better services. In these cases, the Company requires a contracted firm to sign a confidentiality agreement and provides instructions and supervision to ensure the commissioned agent effectively manages and protects the information.
